Mark Salling is being sued for sexual battery by his suspected former girlfriend. It seems he forced Roxane Gorzela to have intercourse with no condom regardless of her protestations in March of 2011.
Gorzela allegedly claims she went to confront Salling later on that month over emotional sorrow from the incident and ”health concerns,” only to purportedly discover the actor in bed with somebody else.
And when Roxanne supposedly demanded evidence that he was STD-free, she claims Salling grabbed and pushed her to the ground, leaving major bruising on her thighs and knees.
She then went to the police.
Roxanne, began dating the TV star in September of 2010, is suing for indefinite compensation.
A rep for Salling says:
It’s the textbook case of a disgruntled girl looking to cash in on a TV star’s success. We turn the rest over to Mark’s attorneys and have no further comment.
I don’t want to be against her and in favor of him but my guts tells me she is not completely honest about all this. One has to listen to both versions cuz as I once read on my favorite mag (Cosmo:) there is more than one version into a story, sometimes there are two, three, four, even five versions!
When famous people are involved in a scandal such as this one, we tend to victimize them or the opposite. We must remember they are human beings just like us and they make the same mistakes though theirs are public!!!
