The woman in the picture is 27-year-old Pamela Held a resident from Long Island who is accusing a New York Police officer of stealing her nude pictures from her iPhone! What a nightmare! Well Pamela’s nightmare stared back in February 6 when she and her friend were pulled over in Ridgewood by 5 NYPD officers on the reason her Sentra did not have the inspection sticker. The cops found much more since Pamela was charged with misdemeanor and drugs!
That night she and her friend ended up at the stationhouse because of the cops finding of prescription drugs but while she was being processed and questioned she willingly gave out her phone to one police in a desperate attempt to prove she was visiting a friend and had text messages to prove it. But here is where lines are crossed; she gave one officer the security code to open her phone and pointed out the messages but then the officer left the room, with the phone!
Why did he have to leave the room to read a text, exactly? Is he retarded or something? Did he needed help? And if he needed to show the messaged to another higher rank officer he had to do it with Pamela in the room! That is the obvious right!
This girl did not only was charged but also robbed of intimate pictures that were meant to be for her boyfriend’s eyes only! The steamy images of Held were sent to a personal cell phone that her lawyer said belongs to Officer Sean Christian.
She was held nearly three more hours at the stationhouse before her phone was returned and she was given a desk appearance ticket. Feeling the worst she said to reporters:
“I knew they had my phone and I was bugging out,”
Held said Christian followed her to her car saying how pretty she was and just behaving in a weird manner, when she left she pulled over to check her phone and counted 20 nude photos and five sexy videos of her that had been forwarded to a phone number she did not recognized.
Held who lives in Deer Park, Long Island is set on her mind to sue the 41-year-old police man who belong to the 104th Precinct. Police sources told the Daily News that officer Christian, 41, is the subject of an Internal Affairs investigation stemming from Held’s complaint, although he claims he never met Pamela Held and never worked for the 104th Precinct in Queens where Ms Held claims the breach took place.
Mrs. Held and lawyer Richard Soleymanzadeh are suing the city and the Police Department, for invading her privacy.
