FBI Agent Frederick Ward Humphries II stimulated the investigation that unfolded in the Petraeus sex scandal which resulted in the resignation of David H. Petraeus as a C.I.A director. He has also been described as the Shirtless FBI Agent in the Petraeus scandal.
The counter-terrorism agent took the initial complaint from Jill Kelly about e-mails accusing her of inappropriate behavior.
Are you wondering how the e-mails got all the way to his hands? Well it was Mrs. Kelly herself that took all the evidence since he is a personal friend, so she would resolve all of her concerns. Kelley and FBI Agent Humphries met in 2010 at the FBI Citizens Academy where she was in a class that Humphries lectured. We did a little FBI on our part and this is what we found out about agent Humphries; he lived in Pleasant Plains, IL from 2005 – 2010 and also in Lived in Oakton, VA from 2003 – 2007; Lived in Dover, FL from 1997 – 2006
and was born in May 21, 1965.
He joined the FBI in 1996, in 1999 thanks to the fact that he was the only French speaking FBI agent discovered that Algerian Ahmed Ressam tried to passed as a Canadian citizen trying to enter into Washington by Ferry, Humphries was asked to talked to him and he was able to identified that Ressam was not from Quebec as he claimed to be, they arrested him finding white powder, chemicals and homemade timing devices, later they found out that Ressam was in fact part of the fAl-Qaeda group that planned to attack LAX .
In 2010 Fred Humphries II was assigned to the FBI’s Tampa office.
