Crystal Workman, “Modern Family” actress Ariel Winter’s mum says no to the accusations regarding her abuse towards her daughter. In response to this, she has outspoken a delicate situation, she states Ariel who’s only 14 yrs. old is having sex since the beginning of summer with an adult who turns out to be an actor too.
Her son-in-law is 18-year-old actor Cameron Palatas. She said during the court hearing they were busted together in bed . She even filed a report with the LA County Sheriff’s Department.This is what she said exactly:
I caught my daughter with her boyfriend in bed — she’s 14. He’s 18 and I threw him out and I broke them up.
Legally he is an adult and if he wants to engage in adult behavior with a minor than [sic] he should also be ready to suffer adult consequences for his actions.
My fourteen-year-old daughter has been dating an eighteen-and-a-half-year-old man, and when I caught them engaging in behavior that I feel my daughter is too young mentally and physically to understand and fully grasp I put a stop to it immediately.
I love my daughter very much. I would never abuse her in anyway and I have always tried my best to always protect her and do what is right for her.
People on law enforcement say that they can tell Winter is being physically and emotionally abused by her mum. Her older daughter, Shanelle Workman is looking after her younger sister while this trial continues. The court ordered her mum to be 100 yards away from her. It seems this is not the first time Crystal is being accused for abuse. Shanelle also had to live this nightmare.
Children abuse should be taken seriously. People wrongly believe it is only sexual or severe physical abuse which should be ever considered or brought to attention. If we don’t put a STOP to this situation, we will still be having these problems in the future since kids that have been abused in their childhood will repeat the same pattern they learned on their first years of life.
