Woah, Karma is coming back to get a piece of 23-year-old singer Sean Kingston! The “Beautiful Girls” singer and his bodyguard sure are in a lot of trouble!
Can you imagine going to a concert and ending up charging your biggest star for rape! Well that is what a girl is saying it happened after she went to a Justin Bieber concert and met up afterwards with Sean three years ago!
Remember when back in 2010 he was accused of rapping a girl named Carissa Capeloto in a Seattle hotel? Well the criminal charges against the star were dropped but in a new lawsuit Capeloto is who is not letting it go, is asking for at least $5 million for her pain and suffering.
According to TMZ Carissa is 22 now but records online show a 20-year-old Carissa. We found a twicsy profile with her name, Carissa Renee, and pictures that could belong to her.
The girl is said to have smoked marijuana and consumed between seven and ten shots of vodka before meeting with Kingston so she was clearly intoxicated; for her horror/surprise Kingston was waiting for her naked! The then teenager thought she was being invited to Kingston’s hotel room for a “greet and meet” but according to her the bodyguard picked her up and placed her on top of Kingston, and all three of the men proceeded to gang rape her while she was “obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent.”
Capeloto, claims her life has been ruined and filled with panic attacks, little sleep and mood swings! Capeloto is not only suing Sean but his bodyguard and another member of his band.
The accusations are pretty heinous and Sean has defended himself saying the sex was 100% consensual! Today the singer has made several tweets saying he is in no fear since he is a child of God
He speaks for himself, but what about his bodyguard and other member of his band? Carissa is suing all three of them.
The lustful encounter then ended after Carissa was “rescued” by a friend who later entered the room and called police! Capeloto was taken to the hospital and treated for “physical injuries consistent with rape”.
I guess we’ll see what the judge has to say in November when trial begins.
