Amy Bessey was arrested by the police in Las Vegas, She is accused to tried to kill her husband and not only that the policy think that Michael Bessey 21(Amy’s adopted son) is having a relationship with her.
Amy Bessey was Robert Bessey’s wife who tried to kill him in order to get money of the life insurance that Robert Bessey has.
The victim, Robert Bessey, was shot in the neck while driving on the southbound I-15 near the Valley of Fire State Park just after 4:30 a.m. on Nov 14 2012, but he survived. He recognized the SUV as belonging to his brother-in-law’s girlfriend.
He said to the policy : he had been in the middle of a divorce with his wife, Amy Bessey. In an arrest report, Robert told officers that Amy has expressed that he was “worth more dead than alive,” citing a $250,000 life insurance policy on himself.

Michael Bessey and William Pearson were arrested by the policy, since they are responsible too for the attack on her husband.
The arrest report also said that Amy did try to kill her husband before this attempt. Amy’s sister-in-law, in the report, told investigators that she offered $50,000 to Michael’s former girlfriend to poison Robert.
According to the policy: Amy and Michael Bessey had an “unnatural” relationship. A witness said the pair frequented nightclubs together and would “grab each other’s buttocks.”
Amy Denise Bessey is facing charges including attempted murder with a deadly weapon, battery with substantial bodily harm and conspiracy to commit murder.
