We’ve heard of this disgusting, sick, twisted, horrifying crime that was committed against 24 year old Rebekah Jane Gay on the afternoon of Nov. 2 when her naked body was found.
She’s been described as loving and kind for those who knew her and I can only think of; how low human cruelty can go! It is absolutely frightening to imagine someone you “supposedly” know, someone you trust, and someone you talk to and have a close relationship close enough to be your stepfather! Can wish you harm it is unheard of to even think about it! But yes as sad and shocking as it is, and there is no doubt about it, it is exactly what happened to Rebekah; and now her loved ones and the ones she leaves behind are the ones who ask for nothing but what everyone in their situation would want: justice for their; daughter, friend, mother, fiancé.
Rebekah is survived by her son, 3 year old Conway Cliff Kelly; her fiancé, Aaron Jonathan Quinn; parents, Thomas and Sally Gay of Midland; brothers, James Gay of Midland, Aaron Gay of Gladwin; sister, Deborah Saunders of Sanford; nieces, Aubrianah Kortge, Arianah Kortge, Tanlyn Saunders and Alexis Spears; nephews, Mason Saunders, Jordon Saenz, Madix Saunders and Treigh Saunders; and many extended family members.
I’m sure residents at Broomfield States Trailer Park, friends and family must still be in shock but for one person in particular his world will never be the same; he has lost the love of his life. We are talking about young man Aaron Quinn, Rebekah’s boyfriend who was too perturbed to even to talk to anyone. And is perfectly understandable after learning he had lost his girl in a murdered conducted in such an evil way, especially when he was planning to ask the most important question a girl can hear; apparently Quinn had bought a ring for Rebekah and was planning to propose. He probably wanted to take that next step in their relationship and wish for a life by her side.
Our payers and best wished go out to him in this difficult time.
