Puddle of Mudd’s lead singer, Wes Scantlin, and her sexy ex-wife and model, Jessica Nicole Smith, signed their divorce papers on May 21. Having signed a prenuptial agreement, Jessica now will receive $2,500 per month from her former husband. Scantlin married Jessica Nicole Smith in January, 2008.

Jessica Nicole Smith was born on Feb. 9, 1984. From Lynn Garden community in Kingsport, Tennessee; she attended Sullivan North High School. Her parents Linda and Charlie, she is a former cheerleader and model. Jessica married Wes Scantlin on January 2nd, 2008. Then on November 30th, 2011, Scantlin filed divorce docs in L.A. County Superior Court, so far his reason remains unknown.
On February 2012, Wes and Jessica met again for their divorce agreement, although there was a prenup. Jessica sated that she was the muse of Wes’s songs over the years, so she filed a legal document that would grant her with half of the cash Wes received during the years they were married. Jessica also asked the judge to grant her with one-half interest of all the music her ex-husband composed in the past, present and in the future.
After long negotiations, Wes and Jessica came up to an agreement on how they would divide their assets, so she withdrew her previous prenup suit and agreed that she would receive $2,500 per month in alimony, completing their divorce this past May.
