Young, Britta Hanson is soon to be Ex-wife to the former Alaskan Governor’s eldest son, Track Palin. The young couple filed for divorce earlier this week after less than two years of the hitch.
The Alaska natives, Track and Britta got married in May 2011 when he was only 22 and Hanson 21; and became parents for the first time just three months after the small ceremony, which took place in the mountains in Hatcher Pass, Alaska. It was planned the couple would have a larger ceremony later during winter at Alaska’s Alyeska Ski Resort “when extended family and friends from the Lower 48 can travel north for a long ski weekend,” but I guess that won’t be happening anymore.
You may think they got into it rather quick but these two had been dating for quite a while since they met during their high school years.
Britta who is now 22 is the daughter of Reverend, Duane Hanson and Elizabeth Hanson; she studied nursing at the University of Alaska.
Britta gave birth to a little girl named Kyla just three months after she got married, ok let’s stop right here; she got married way too young, got preggy before getting married and all being the daughter of a reverend! Hope I’m not being too judgmental but guess it’s kind of hard to miss the obvious. Both Track and Britta come from strong values family’s, both set of parents are still together and they had everyone around them on their side supporting the match so what could have been the deal breaker? They had known each other for a quite some time, she waited for him after Track spent a year deployed in Iraq with a Ft. Wainwright Stryker Brigade, from friendship developed into a more serious relationship that ended on a beautiful 15 month old little girl, so what happened?? Any thoughts/comments?
One thing stands out though, the soon to be ex-couple have filed for divorce together and under Alaska law, by filing for divorce together, Track and Britta are signaling they have fully settled property and custody issues, including child support of Kyla. In other words they are going through this disastrous process in an amicably way.
Well it seems to be Sarah Palin’s children are not meant to be wed…Maybe they should take come advice from their mother, ex-governor who became even a stronger advocate for safe sex after the whole Bristol Palin’s pregnant scandal. But oh well, good luck for the next try guys!!!
