Hubert Guez, former CEO of the t-shirt company Ed Hardy, is being sued by a female masseuse for allegedly forcing her to perform sex acts with him and with his wife while he watched. 61-year-old Hubert is married to 56-year-old Roxanne M. Guez.
According to TMZ the masseuse, who filed her suit in L.A. County Superior Court by attorney Keith Davidson, is a woman who calls herself Magdelda. She claims that she was called to Guez’s Malibu mansion back in May to perform a regular massage service, when he allegedly grabbed and pulled her into his exposed penis, grabbed her breasts and buttocks and suggested she “perform sex acts with his wife while [Guez] watched.”
Hubert Guez put his Holmby Hills home on the market for $38 million in 2008, then took the home off the market because he could not sell it. After that he rented the mansion to King of Pop Michael Jackson, where he died under sad and terrible circumstances. The pop icon was leasing the 17,171-square-foot mansion for $100,000 a month when he died there in 2009.
Ed Hardy fashion designer, Christian Audigier purchased the Holmby Hills home after Jackson’s death.
The property was purchased in 2004 by Hardy chief executive Hubert Guez and his wife, Roxanne, for $18.5 million and had been priced as high as $38 million in 2008.
